The 2016 U.S. Automotive Performance, Execution and Layout (APEAL) Study assesses 77 attributes in 10 categories after 90 days of vehicle ownership. Categories range from exterior styling and driving dynamics to engine/transmission and interior.

This year Range Rover was the highest ranked vehicle in the large premium segment. Land Rover customers cite exterior styling, visibility and driving characteristics as major strengths.

Exterior styling and engine performance are competitive strengths for Jaguar. Not surprisingly, F-TYPE owners love the car’s design: “The car is simply gorgeous” was
a frequent comment.
